I have full rights on the piece. I also have the right to post it on my platform although I do not have the right to resell it or make profit off of it.The exact same rule also applies to the client.

A simple piece may possibly take a week or two depending on the complexity of its illustration.

Bigger pieces may take longer and I will not provide any dates/time limit.

However, I may send an update of the piece from time to time to make sure I provide the right thing.

Revisions are only allowed on the sketching stage of the process

References and descriptions for the project is highly appreciated/recommended.

It could be a long paragraph of the characters features, clothing, pose, expression, and such.It could also be images, any is accepted.
